- Stretch before and after a workout so you don't hurt yourself. Stretching loosens your muscles and prevents cramps and injuries.
- Before a workout put some deodorant on so you don't stink after your workout
- Wear a bra/sports bra through your workout
- I would recommend Nike or Adidas shoes if you are running or exercising so your feet wouldn't hurt as much
- Wear sunscreen if you are in the hot and blazing sun. Put the sunscreen where the skin is visible or to be safe, put it a little passed the sleeve or pants where it covers your skin. Put on sunscreen maybe 2-3 times a workout.
